Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

 

International Shipping

International orders ship via standard international post. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please email nexuspenllc@gmail.com and we'll investigate and reship if confirmed lost.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your Nexus Pen arrives damaged, email a photo to nexuspenllc@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
