1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Nexus Pen comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
- Hardware defects in materials or workmanship
- Speaker or microphone failure under normal use
- OLED display defects (dead pixels, failure to display)
- Battery degradation below 80% capacity within 12 months
- Button failure or unresponsive controls
- Charging port defects
- Connectivity failures (BLE module)
What's NOT Covered
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents, bent casing)
- Water or liquid damage of any kind
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification
- Third-party firmware or software modifications
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, ink cartridge depletion)
- Damage from use with non-standard chargers
- Loss or theft
30-Day Return Policy
Not satisfied? We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. We want you to love your Nexus Pen, and if it's not right for you, we'll make it right.
Conditions for return: The pen must be in its original condition with all included accessories (USB-C cable, spare cartridge, box). Pens showing physical damage or signs of unauthorized modification are not eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are covered by Nexus Pen for US orders.
RMA & Return Process

Contact Support Email NexuspenLLC@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Receive Your RMA Number Our team will verify your claim and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email. Do not ship without this number.

Ship the Pen Back Package your Nexus Pen securely, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship to the address provided in our email. For warranty claims, we provide a prepaid shipping label.

Inspection & Processing We inspect the returned pen within 2 business days of receipt. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund or replacement is processed.

Refund or Replacement Issued Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Warranty replacements ship within 3 business days of approval.
