How Your Trial Works

No. Your 7-day free trial requires zero payment information. You only need an email address and a password. If you decide to continue after day 7, you can add a payment method at that point.
No. The Nexus Pen app works on iOS and Android and gives you full access to Donna AI during your trial. The physical pen enhances the experience with its OLED display and real-time voice interaction, but you can explore all AI modes through the app first.
If you haven't added payment info, your account simply reverts to the Free tier — Answer Mode and School Mode remain available at no cost, forever. You'll only be charged if you actively choose a paid plan.
Open the Nexus Pen app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap "Cancel Trial." It takes two taps. You can also email us at NexuspenLLC@gmail.com and we'll handle it for you within minutes.
Yes. You get every feature available on the Pro plan: all 5 AI modes, unlimited questions, flashcard generation, study streaks, conversation history, and analytics. There are no feature locks or artificial limits during the trial.
